Working Support

The health and safety of our people is a top priority and ensures that we remain able to provide excellent service to our customers. Recent investments to modernize our workspaces – including providing laptops to all employees – set the stage for us to quickly shift to remote working when that became necessary early in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. As stay-at-home guidelines were implemented in many parts of the U.S. and Europe, we were able to redeploy more than 99% of our people to work from home within a few days. This transition not only ensured our people were able to remain safe and productive at home, but also provided the flexibility many needed due to childcare and other family obligations. Importantly, we have been able to maintain our high level of customer support throughout this period.

Our customers expect the best from us, and our ability to deliver depends on a culture that seeks to better understand others and values every voice. That’s why we’re dedicated to fostering a workplace that welcomes diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Led by our Office of Inclusion & Diversity – and our grassroots employee resource groups – we provide dedicated resources to support learning opportunities, forthright conversations and greater awareness. As events in 2020 highlight our society’s continued struggle with racial justice and equality, we are not only speaking out against discrimination but also investing more than $500,000 to support social justice initiatives in our communities.
